Roles & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
- Execute maintenance services according to customer’s needs and manufacturer’s specifications.
- Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs or preventive maintenance.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
- Attend ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of automobiles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an A or B level mechanic.
- ASE certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and workmanship.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines.
- Very good problem-solving skills.
